Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom and food-contact nature of our 3D printed cake pop molds, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used items or custom designs.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will gladly work with you to provide a replacement or resolve the problem.

Unused, non-custom items may be eligible for a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned at the buyer’s expense unless the error was ours.

Please note that slight variations in color, layer lines, and minor imperfections are normal characteristics of 3D printed products and are not considered defects.
