Processing Time

Each cake pop cutter is made to order just for you! Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipping. Processing time does not include shipping/transit time.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed:

•Standard Shipping (U.S.): 2–5 business days

•Expedited Shipping: Delivery times vary based on the shipping option selected at checkout.

Please note that shipping estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package’s progress.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to guarantee changes once an order has been submitted. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges to be resent.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
